Pozitive Energy now presents itself online as PE Solutions: its old web address redirects to pe.solutions, where it describes itself as a business energy supplier and says its customer service team is open Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm. If you would rather have someone deal with it for you, Black Sheep Utilities has a phone line and real people, and we can take the problem on.
Who are Pozitive Energy and PE Solutions?
They are the same business. Pozitive Energy (often searched as Positive Energy) is registered at Companies House as Pozitive Energy Ltd, company number 09523048, with its registered office at One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London. Its website now trades under the PE Solutions name, and the footer still reads Pozitive Energy. On that site it calls itself a business energy supplier that has been helping UK businesses since 2016, and it lists electricity, gas and water among its services.
Its help and support page sets out how existing customers get in touch: a customer login to an online portal, email, and a customer service team open Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm. You can read more about the company on our Pozitive Energy supplier profile.
Why might I be with Pozitive Energy without choosing it?
You may have been an Opus Energy customer. PE Solutions says that Opus Energy customer contracts transferred to it with Ofgem’s approval, and that it gained responsibility for those contracts from 1 May 2025. It says fixed-price customers kept their contract terms and prices, and that deemed, variable and out-of-contract customers moved to its standard rates. If that sounds like your business, our Opus Energy page explains what happened in more detail.
A supply that changes hands like this is exactly when small problems appear: a final bill from the old supplier that does not match the first bill from the new one, a credit balance that has not yet moved across, a meter reading that has been lost in the handover, or a business that has ended up on standard rates without realising. None of these is unusual, and each is the kind of query we deal with regularly.
How can Black Sheep Utilities help with Pozitive Energy?
We deal with the supplier for you. Black Sheep Utilities is a business energy and water broker in Brighton, and sorting out supplier problems for our customers is a large part of what we do. With a Letter of Authority, a short signed document that authorises us to speak to the supplier about your account and act for you, we can raise your query, provide the evidence and keep chasing it until it is resolved.
That covers meter readings and estimated bills, billing errors, supplies transferred in error and contracts on out-of-contract or deemed rates. If you are on standard rates after a transfer, we can also compare the market for your business electricity and gas and arrange a better contract at the same time.
How do I get started?
Existing Black Sheep Utilities customers can call us on 01273 914000. We already have your details and can normally help straight away.
If you are not yet a customer, tell us what’s happening. We need your company name, contact details, the meter and site information, which supplier you are with and what the issue is. We then send our Meter Information Form and, with a Letter of Authority, contact Pozitive Energy on your behalf.
